Therospheric pulls, gravitational waves, So close to earth, caught in my earthling ways. Homeward bound — to touch the soft ground. Return to the heavens, I hear again sound.
Mesospheric ice, it’s so cold that it burns, A meteorite in night, unbound it returns. Consumed in a blaze, it can shrivel to dust. My spacesuit is strong, i reenter with trust.
Stratospheric window, super sonic mid flight. I descend into blue skies wise with hindsight. Atmospheric pressure, the type that can crush, It culls and then flattens, a spaceman to mush.
Down to the troposphere, again i feel clouds, And all over beneath me, the rabble of crowds. Descent into darkness, descent into strife; A journey through space! A journey to life.
